Band is approximately 12” around, and is designed to fit most arm sizes. Comes in smaller and larger sizes also.

To wear, put your hand through arm band and raise it up to desired location on the upper arm. When removing, slide back down arm and over the hand. (This will help to avoid excessive bending of arm band) To adjust, simply bend as necessary to comfortably fit the size of your upper arm. Ends of band may or may not overlap when in place, depending on size of arm.
